What is in the subscription box?
Each month you will receive 4-5 pieces of trending statement jewelry. ie: Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets/Anklets and or Rings valued at over $100.

How will I know what's in the box?
Each month Statement Collectors will receive a sneak peek via email of each box.
When will I be billed?
Customers will be billed on the 10th of each month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
There is a minimum 3 billing cycles before the subscriptions can be canceled. Must cancel by the 5th of each month through the customer portal.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed. Please allow a few additional business days for your box to arrive.
How does shipping work?
Statement boxes will ship out mid-month and arrive between the 15th-17th of each month. Statement Collector boxes will ship via USPS. Please note that we are unable to control any in-forced shipping delays that are communicated by USPS.
Alaska and Hawaii, delivery times will take longer per the USPS effective 10-1-2021.
You’ll always receive a tracking email so you can follow your subscription box progress.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is $4.00
What if I purchased additional items at the time I sign up for my subscription box?
Your items will ship with your first months subscription. We highly recommend that customers make separate purchases to avoid delays.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email and or tracking information?
If you do not receive a tracking email, check your spam or junk folders and mark info@voguishmood.com a safe sender.
